Asking the right questions

Does PDAP offer consultation? Yes, we do. The applicant receives one free 30-minute meeting to review the project.

How long will it take to meet with the city? We review all of the proposed ideas; however, access/development of the project per-requirement determines the application process and service timeline to schedule with the city.

What determines if my project requires "Phases" to complete? Each project is different and may require one or more details depending on the application being filed.

How much will it cost? Fees vary in cost depending on which application filing, plus any additional Attachments, 2D - 3D graphics presentations that are required by the city. Contact us for more information-(678) 954-4946.

When required to show the proposed layout and designs of building interiors/exteriors details and site plans/parking.
When an applicant requires a presentation of clear and concise information to expedite the process.
When the applicant wants to save time and money using our all-in-one service.
When finalizing their application before scheduling City meetings.
The PDAP service program will assist the applicant by offering an all-in-one approach. Each applicant will receive a pre-application interview to determine the scope of work required. The interview will summarize the proposed project information required by City Planning & Community Development and/or Design Review Departments.
